['rajsɛl], Vladimír, slowakischer Lyriker, * Brodzany 19. 1. 1919; war wegweisend für die moderne slowakische Lyrik. Seine surrealistischen Frühwerke sind von Pessimismus und Resignation geprägt (»Neskutočné mesto«, 1943; »Zrkadlo a za zrkadlom«, 1945); widmete sich später auch sozialistischen Themen (»Svet bez pánov«, 1951; »Doma«, 1953); um 1955 Rückkehr zum Surrealismus; übersetzte v. a. französische Lyrik.
 
Weitere Werke: Spevy sveta (1955); Básne o sne (1962); Moja jediná (1975); Rozlúčki (1980).
